Supervise Women and Children’s Center and its residents to ensure stability and continuity of program as well as adherence to rules and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsel residents in identifying and resolving social or other problems.
Compile records of daily activities of residents and keeps communication log with supervisor.
Conduct periodic inspection of residence to ensure community safety and hygiene standards are being met.
Supervise women during urine analysis testing.
Request supplies and determines need for maintenance, repairs, and furnishings.
Dispense medication to clients.
Organize donations and distributes to clients or stocks in supply room.
Ensure clients timely attendance at meals and chapel service.
Stay visible and involved in the activities of the program.
Perform nightly bed checks as needed.
Respond promptly to situations as they arise.
Preserves a supportive work environment by treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity at all times, and works to resolve grievances; maintains professionalism and promotes a positive Mission image.
This position is full-time benefit eligible 32 hours per week
Education: High school diploma. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Ministry or related field from an accredited institution a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time work experience with the homeless, substance abusers, mentally ill and/or dual diagnosed. Nonprofit experience preferred.
Must be able to work evenings, overnights, weekends and/or holidays.
